"I stayed here for March of 2024. The location is ideal, a two-mile downhill walk to the Ransom Center and a few steps from the bus stop (you get a free bus pass with your fellowship), which saves you 2/3 of the walk.  The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and the large room is more than comfortable, with a really good double bed and beautiful artworks/antiques together with a good shower, wifi, microwave, aircon and other amenities.  There's an excellent choice of restaurants nearby (top spot is Julio's Mexican food, especially for breakfast) and the reliably good Hyde Park Bar and Grill, which is even nearer).  Also a good supermarket less than five minutes' walk down the road and a splendid new Indie bookstore with cafe and hipster grocery seven minutes' walk away -- all set in the rather lovely Hyde Park area.  Oh, and it's a bargain.  Book early."  David Belbin, March 2024, Nottingham Trent Univ, Nottingham, UK
